- A tech guy once stated to me that this was due to the tolerance limits
- of chips in A500's and A2000's. Apparently, the Denise is suited for
- the higher frequencies, but the cheap component chips surrounding it
- (pals, etc?) aren't. Hence the somewhat degraded image. My 2000 has
- this, too. Higher-spec Amiga's like the 3000 and the 1200 are built
- for the higher frequencies and so shouldn't be affected.
